  I fear I cannot recommend Northome Windows after having water leak from my living room picture window for the third time. The first two times the water leaked from the bottom of the window. Each time I called and approximately a week later they came out to resolve the issue.

  We put Northome windows in our addition in November - they are AMAZING! No moisture even though we had no direct heat from furnace into that room while they were mudding & taping - just a small space heater! Don't miss having an inside window sill - less to clean! The new living room stayed incredibly cool this summer even while the kitchen with the old dual pane windows and blinds got really warm. Windows look so good and perform so well that I don't think I will even bother putting up blinds! Eventually we will change all our windows to Northome windows - superior quality and installation!

  Now as of today's date (Jan 17/2018) water has begun leaking from the top of the window in multiple spots.

  The service at install a year and a half ago was overall good, they were tidy and efficient, but ultimately at the end of the day I need my window to keep the elements out, not let them rapidly drip in.
